Cancellations:
Cancellations prior to 24 hours of scheduled shoot will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee.
The fee will be reduced to $15.00 if client reschedules within 1 week of originally scheduled shoot.
Cancellations under 24 hour's notice, without exceptional circumstances, are charged at 100% of the retainer fee. If a client reschedules within 1 week, the retainer is applied to the rescheduled shoot.
If cancellation is weather related in the case of outdoor shoots, the fee will be waived at photographer's discretion and retainer applied to a rescheduled shoot.
Any retainer held will be partially refunded minus any cancellation fees and will be refunded back to the paypal account used, or if a check is used to pay a deposit, any refunds due a client will be issued with a check only after the client's deposit payment method has cleared.
