This is work for my own promotional material, unless contracted through a client. Compensation is always "Trade For CDs" with all fashion modeling. See Fine Art for what I offer. Depending on what is shot, a model usually receives the BEST, not neccessarily ALL images from a particular shoot.

*** Please note that due to the nature of the work that I do, I do not pay models at the rates one gets for commercial nudes. This is standard for fine art nude photography. *****

Models posing nude shall receive consideration for their posing time, cooperation, and inspiration. A model usually takes a small hourly fee plus trade which typically consists of digital photos for the model's web site, portfolio or other career promotional material. Following an interview, a selected model may negotiate with the photographer to choose from one of the following:

Professional JPEG Scanned Digital Images
Free copies of any calendars, books, or other publications that your images may appear in.

Commercial Nudes

This is photography for websites and magazines. The chosen model would be expected to pose as required by the guidelines supplied by either the magazine or website. Payment is upon completion of all required photography and successful submission to the magazine and/or website. Websites need upwards of 10 sets, each set with 120 images. Most magazines need fewer sets, but more images of each set, in ultra-high resolution. Both pay about the same. TO QUALIFY: You must not have posed nude for any other photographers in the area.

Please note - I also still scout for Playboy®. To qualify for Playboy® - you must be exceptionally beautiful, never have posed nude for any other website or magazine, and be able to travel to either Los Angeles or Chicago upon approval of your test images. Compensation will be from Playboy.

Terms & Requirements:

Age
The Model must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age to contract in their own name for the state or nation in which the photographs are created. Two forms of proof of age in the form of a birth certificate, passport, or driver's license, student ID, or other ID is required. Copies will be needed of both. Failure to provide these IDs will result in no payment to the model.

Model Release
Except for TFP/TFCD, each model must sign a Professional Adult Model Release containing a liability waiver, and terms of service as an independent contractor. This form may be obtained from Dave during your interview.

TFP/TFCD models will be asked to sign a standard model's release in exchange for a release to the model to reproduce the TFCD images in any non-commerical manner. No proof of age is required.

Model Selection
In general, anyone, provided they are comfortable with the theme of the images may be considered as a subject for portfolio or exhibition work.

	I'm off hunting for models to take part in creating new art images. I'm talking about real black and white film shot against a nature or studio background. A good set of examples are located here. Compensation is outlined in the paragraphs below. Payment is by check at the conclusion of all photography, and is set as either a set fee per shoot or a reasonable hourly fee. A model is free to request higher fees but I'm also free to reject such models.
